If you want to spend our holiday freely we have 3 flats, all for 2/4 people, appropriated for families and where pets are welcome:

IL CAMPINO

“Il Campino” is situated on the ground floor of a house, five minutes far from the centre of San Marcello. It consists of  a kitchen, a dining room, a double bed room, a little living room with a sofa bed (French size) and a lovely bathroom with shower and bath.

  • It is furnished with electric oven, television set, espresso coffee machine, hairdryer,  iron, washing machine and clothes line.
  • The private garden has a table with chairs, a barbecue, a gazebo and a swinging.
  • Bed line, kitchen line, bathroom line, all included.
  • Electricity, water and gas, all included.
  • Pets allowed.
  • Private parking lot

THE MUSHROOM

“The Mushroom” (40 mq) is situated on the ground floor of a completely restored old house at Pratale,  far 16 Km from ABETONE, 30 Km from PISTOIA, 47 Km from LUCCA,  and 5 Km from SAN MARCELLO. It consists of a kitchen-dining room, 1 double bed room, a little living room and a bathroom with shower.

  • It is furnished with Tv Sat, hairdryer, microwave oven, espresso coffee machine, iron, 2 sofa beds (French size).
  • The garden, to share with the flat “The Chestnut”  has tables,  chairs, a barbecue, a wash tub, a clothes line, a swimming pool.
  • Pets allowed.

THE CHESTNUT

”The Chestnut” ( 40 mq.) is situated on the first floor of a completely restored old house at Pratale, far 16 Km from ABETONE, 30 Km from PISTOIA, 47 Km from LUCCA and  5 Km from SAN MARCELLO.
